| Dane is the Director of Clinics & Co-Founder of Northstar Pilates Solutions, LLC. His academic accomplishments include graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy in 2002 as well as a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science with a concentration in Athletic Training in 1999, both from the University of Buffalo. Dane is a New York State licensed Physical Therapist and is certified as a Pilates Rehabilitation Practitioner through Polestar Education. Dane is also a NATABOC Certified Athletic Trainer since 2000, and became a PMA Pilates Gold Certified Teacher by passing the National PMA Pilates Certification Exam. Dane has had the opportunity to work with a variety of populations through his various clinical affiliations. These populations include elite high school and collegiate athletes, the elderly and aging, adults with various developmental disorders as well as the general public. Dane is now a member of Balanced Body University Faculty and conducts trainings on Mat and Reformer for those wanting to become Pilates instructors. Dane's professional interests include Sports Performance Enhancement and Conditioning, Orthopedics and Manual Therapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Anatomy and Physiology.

| Teaching Pilates and Dance for over 9 years, Nancy enjoys how her love for both of those influence each other and is excited about sharing this with her students. Nancy holds her certification from Motion Studies and has taught across the country including Oregon, Colorado and Massachusetts. On her way to Motion Studies she participated in Certification Intensives at the Physical Conditioning Center in Houston, Texas with Elizabeth Jones-Boswell. Nancy received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from Texas Woman's University and has curated shows, performed in various choreographers' work and is currently performing in a collaborative improvisation dance company. Nancy is also certified in Pilates through Pilates Method Alliance.

| Rebecca is a licensed NYS Massage Therapist who graduated from the New York Institute of Massage Therapy in 2001. She has a wealth of experience in may different styles of massage and bodywork. Rebecca incorporates stretching into each session to provide a full range of motion for your body. Rebecca also blends methods of Swedish Massage, Thai, and additional energy work to create a specific treatment plan for each individual patient to reach your specific goals.
